The calender is a machine used to form rubber sheets. These sheets are customised to various thickness, width and length requirements. Our team continually attain successful results with all forms of calendering, even with the most technical of orders.

We will calender almost any un-cured polymer compound, here is a list of our most commonly calendered compounds.

We have a spooling service which will provide you with a slit calendered roll to any width you require down to around 20mm.

All our rolls are interleaved with polythene, we source high quality embossed easy release polythene in order to maximise efficiency for your application needs.

We also operate a plying service for the majority of rubber compounds, if required this can also include a fabric interweave.
